  The other day my McVety's gas fireplace stopped operating as it should. I called McVety's and chatted with Kim McLaughlin, manager of McVety's and she took the time to listen to exactly what the issues were that I was having and from that conversation ordered the part that was needed. The part arrived in a timely fashion and Pete McVety came to my house and personal installed the new part. This part and service was cover by their warranty.
