Courtney is the best Customer Service person I’ve ever met. I've been in CS for years and I appreciate a good CS person. I am not a "jewelry" type person. I went in because I needed points put my diamond ring. She patiently showed me the importance of having both my wedding band and the ring attached. I also needed a new clasp on my gold necklace. And later when I came back unhappy with the clasp, she graciously looked at it, and had it fixed on the spot. IF I WERE able to buy more jewelry, I would definitely go to Quality Jewelers and ask for Courtney. I certainly will tell my friends. Debbie Falkenburg
